Represented landlords in retail, warehouse, restaurant, office, and industrial space leasing transactions. Represented sellers and buyers in real estate transactions involving resort and golf course properties, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial and warehouse facilities, residential developments, and hotels.

Represented institutional lenders in commercial and real estate loan transactions.
